  • Production Time: 14–20 business days
  • Packing & Dispatch: Once ready, we carefully package your order and prepare it for shipment.

⏳ Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within India: 20–25 business days (12–18 days production + 5–7 days shipping)
  • International: 30–35 business days (12–18 days production + 11–15 days shipping, subject to customs clearance)

🚚 Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Orders (India): Delivered via Delhivery or the most suitable available courier in your area.
  • International Orders: Shipped through DHL Express, FedEx.
  • Note: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders are prepaid.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • International Orders: Charges depend on cumulative weight and destination, and are shown at checkout.

📭 Delivery Issues & Responsibility

  • We partner with trusted couriers but are not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (festivals, strikes, weather, etc.). We recommend ordering in advance for time-sensitive occasions.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it. Take clear photos and contact us at orders@hyara.inwithin 24–48 hours for assistance.
  • Multiple Parcels: In rare cases, orders may arrive in more than one shipment. You’ll receive tracking info for each separately.

📏 Size Exchange Policy

Since every order is made specifically to your size, we are unable to offer size exchanges once the order is delivered.

📦 If a Return is Approved

If your return is approved:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • It must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Please include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID

🔁 Return Shipping Cost:

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, sizing error, or defect), we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide you with instructions.

If it is not due to our fault, we will not be able to process the return.

❌ What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded

We’re a small batch brand and hope for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items bought during a sale or promotion
  • Customized or made-to-measure items (e.g., Feeding Dress, Lehengas, Anarkalis)
  • Sarees with fall and pico
  • Orders shipped internationally
  • Slight irregularities in weave, print, or dye from handmade or handloom processes — these are natural and part of the beauty

For international orders, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. If there's a genuine issue, please contact us — while we cannot promise a return, we’ll try to find a fair resolution.

💸 Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds apply only to the product cost (shipping charges are non-refundable)
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer)
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are only issued if the issue is clearly due to our oversight

Some of our pieces involve intricate handwork and embroidery, which may take a little longer than expected. While these delays are rare, they are part of the charm of handmade clothing.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to production delays. We will always keep you informed if timelines shift.
