Shipping policy
At HYARA, we follow a thoughtful approach to fashion. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are made-to-order — crafted only after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste, maintain quality, and deliver garments made with care.
Processing Time
— Ready-to-Ship: dispatched within 2–3 working days
— Made-to-Order: crafted after confirmation, dispatched within 7–12 working days

Delivery Timeline
— Within India: 4–7 working days from dispatch
— International: 15–21 working days from dispatch (subject to customs)
Shipping Charges
— Free shipping across India — no extra charge at checkout.
— International: calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
Cash on Delivery (Partial COD — on select products)
— A ₹99 advance is collected at order confirmation
— The balance is payable by Cash on Delivery
— A ₹49 COD or 2% handling fee applies (charged by our courier partner)
— The ₹99 advance and the COD fee are non-refundable if the order is refused, not accepted, or not collected
— COD isn't available on certain made-to-order or customised products (noted on the product page)
Partial COD helps us reduce failed deliveries and keep pricing fair for everyone.
Shipping Updates
— A tracking link is shared via email and WhatsApp once your order ships
Shipping Partners
— India: DTDC, Delhivery or the best available courier for your area
— International: DHL Express, FedEx, or equivalent
Customs & Import Duties (International only)
— Customs duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are payable by the customer on delivery
— HYARA is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges
Address Changes & Cancellations
— Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
— Email orders@hyara.in with your order number
— Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible
Delivery Issues
— Please don't accept a parcel that arrives damaged — share clear photos and email orders@hyara.in within 24–48 hours
— In rare cases, orders may arrive in multiple shipments, with tracking shared separately
Incorrect Shipping Address
— Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout
— Domestic reshipment fee: ₹300
— International reshipment: actual shipping cost
