At Hyara, each piece is lovingly handcrafted just for you. Because our outfits are made-to-order, we don’t typically accept returns or exchanges. However, if something isn’t right due to our mistake, we promise to do our best to make it right.

✅ When We Can Accept a Return or Exchange
We’ll gladly review your request in the following cases:

The garment has a genuine defect in fabric or stitching

There’s a size issue due to an error on our side
(e.g., the final measurements differ significantly from our size chart or from the custom measurements you provided)
Please note that all approvals are subject to a thorough review.
📏 Size Exchange Policy
Since every order is made specifically to your size, we are unable to offer size exchanges once the order is delivered.
We recommend double-checking your measurements before confirming the order.

📦 If a Return is Approved
If your return is approved:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- It must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Please include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID
🔁 Return Shipping Cost:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, sizing error, or defect), we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide you with instructions.
If it is not due to our fault, we will not be able to process the return.
❌ What Can’t Be Returned or Refunded
We’re a small batch brand and hope for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Items bought during a sale or promotion
- Customized or made-to-measure items (e.g., Feeding Dress, Lehengas, Anarkalis)
- Sarees with fall and pico
- Orders shipped internationally
- Slight irregularities in weave, print, or dye from handmade or handloom processes — these are natural and part of the beauty
For international orders, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. If there's a genuine issue, please contact us — while we cannot promise a return, we’ll try to find a fair resolution.
💸 Refund Guidelines
- Refunds apply only to the product cost (shipping charges are non-refundable)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer)
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Refunds are only issued if the issue is clearly due to our oversight
🧵 About Production Delays
Some of our pieces involve intricate handwork and embroidery, which may take a little longer than expected. While these delays are rare, they are part of the charm of handmade clothing.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to production delays. We will always keep you informed if timelines shift.
❗ Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, our artisans begin the process, and we won’t be able to cancel the order.
